Job summary

SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Senior Executive, Human Resources to support a broad spectrum of HR functions with a focus on compensation and benefits, payroll, salary benchmarking, HR policies and performance management.

The successful candidate will collaborate with regional HR and business stakeholders to enable effective HR operations and policies across multiple markets, requiring strong analytical and numerical skills and hands-on payroll experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on payroll processing; familiarity with manual and system-based payroll.
• Experience in compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking and reviews.
• Experience with performance management and appraisal cycles.

• Coordinate compensation, benefits and salary benchmarking activities.
• Support payroll processing and HR operations across markets.
• Assist performance management cycles and related data reporting.
• Develop and review HR policies and ensure governance.
