Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee the global HR function, aligning strategies with growth plans and business objectives. You will partner with senior management to understand priorities and translate them into effective people initiatives.

The role covers organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, performance and engagement, plus managing HR across multiple countries, with travel to overseas offices as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in regional, international or MNC environments.
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries and entities.
• Strong overseas stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel to other offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall HR function aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior management to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Provide strategic HR advice on OD, workforce planning, talent management, succession, performance and engagement.
• Manage HR across multiple entities and countries with overseas stakeholders.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives for growth.
• Develop and strengthen talent acquisition and talent management strategies.
• Establish HR policies and frameworks across entities with local flexibility.
• Support leadership on complex people matters including restructures and ER.
• Keep abreast of evolving HR practices and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to overseas offices as required.
