Qualifications

• 8–10 years of leadership experience in hospitality, lifestyle, destination/precinct management, placemaking, retail, or related sectors.
• Experience managing a complex multi-tenant environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and P&L acumen including budgets, revenue growth and performance.
• Proven ability in business development, partnerships and senior stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute locations' long-term strategy, growth plans and positioning as a leading lifestyle & cultural destination.
• Drive revenue, profitability and business performance while developing partnerships and new commercial opportunities.
• Build strong relationships across tenants, partners, government agencies, community stakeholders and internal teams.
• Develop compelling events, experiences and community initiatives while ensuring strong day-to-day operations and guest experience.
