Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple F&B outlets in Singapore. You will lead outlet managers, drive profitability, and ensure excellence in guest service.

With 8–10 years in F&B/hospitality and at least 3 years in senior leadership, you will manage budgeting, cost control, and vendor relationships while upholding safety and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in F&B or hospitality, including senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
• Manage, train and inspire outlet managers and operations teams to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
• Monitor purchasing, inventory and vendor relationships to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business growth and operational consistency.
• Review reports, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions and service enhancements.
