Job summary

Asia Hospitality Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the overall operations of our restaurant in Singapore. The role focuses on guest experience, service standards, manpower management and regulatory compliance in addition to sustaining financial performance.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef and management team to deliver a consistent and high-quality dining experience. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage operations.
• Proven management experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and manpower planning skills.
• Ability to train, coach and develop employees and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness and guest experience.
• Manage operational and financial performance including revenue, costs and profitability.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and performance targets.
• Recruit, train and develop restaurant staff and set performance expectations.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations with the Executive Chef.
• Monitor reservations, guest flow and service efficiency.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Maintain relationships with guests, suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity, service standards and revenue.
