Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets in Singapore, drive profitability, guest satisfaction and growth. Proven experience managing multi-outlet F&B operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets; drive performance, profitability and guest satisfaction.
Lead budgeting, cost control, forecasting and operational performance analysis.
Manage, coach and develop outlet managers and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and licensing requirements.
Oversee purchasing, inventory and vendor management to optimise costs and efficiency.
Drive new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions and service improvements.
