• Proven ability in business development, partnerships and senior stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability and team leadership.

Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven General Manager to lead — a lifestyle, creative and community destination bringing together retail, F&B, experiences and local concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Set and execute locations' long-term strategy, growth plans and positioning as a leading lifestyle & cultural destination.
• Commercial Growth: Drive revenue, profitability and business performance, while developing partnerships, sponsorships and new commercial opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across tenants, business partners, government agencies, community stakeholders and internal teams.
• Destination & Operations: Develop compelling events, experiences and community initiatives while ensuring strong day‑to‑day operations and guest experience.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high‑performing team, establishing clear KPIs, accountability and a strong culture of ownership and collaboration.

Core Requirements

• 8–10 years of leadership experience within Hospitality, Lifestyle, Destination/Precinct Management, Placemaking, Retail, Community Building or related sectors.
• Proven experience managing a complex multi‑tenant / multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Strong commercial and P&L acumen – budgets, revenue growth, business performance and growth initiatives.
