• Oversee budgets, cost control, financial performance and P&L.
• Lead, coach and develop the management team, including performance management and succession planning.

• Ensure compliance with licensing, employment, health & safety and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee refurbishments, asset enhancements, new business initiatives and operational projects.
• Lead risk management, business continuity and crisis response where required.
• Monitor business performance and provide recommendations to the Managing Director.
• Represent the company at relevant business meetings, industry events and strategic engagements.

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on General Manager to lead the overall operations and business performance of Strumm's Holding Pte Ltd across its Singapore and overseas establishments. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role will drive business growth, profitability, service excellence and operational efficiency, while leading the management team and upholding the company's standards, values and objectives.

• Drive business growth, profitability and strategic initiatives in partnership with the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams and managing business operations.

• Strong commercial, financial and strategic thinking with a track record of driving business performance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and decision‑making skills.

• Hands‑on, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced and evolving business environment.

• Relevant hospitality or business qualifications are an advantage but not essential. Candidates with strong industry experience will be considered.

• Willingness to travel for business when required.
