Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimise formulations and processes for soups, sauces, and stews.
  • Serve as primary technical liaison for assigned projects.
  • Deliver courses/seminars/workshops relating to food processing.
