Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to lead overall FM operations and ensure safe, reliable building performance in Singapore. You will act as the SFSM, overseeing M&E, fire protection, and building systems to minimise downtime and maintain readiness.

You will develop Fire and Emergency Plans, lead drills, and coordinate teams to meet KPIs while managing budgets and procurement. Strong leadership and 5+ years in FM and fire safety are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Registered SFSM recognized by SCDF.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management and fire safety with site leadership.
• Strong knowledge of building M&E, fire protection systems, and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing commercial, healthcare, industrial or mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall facilities management operations to ensure safe, reliable and efficient building performance.
• Serve as the appointed Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM), ensuring compliance with the Fire Safety Act, Fire Code, SCDF and statutory requirements.
• Manage critical M&E, fire protection and building systems to minimise downtime and maintain operational readiness.
• Develop and implement Fire Emergency Plans (FEP), Emergency Response Plans (ERP), fire drills and emergency preparedness programmes.
• Lead technical teams, contractors and service providers to deliver safety, operational and contractual KPIs.
• Oversee budgets, maintenance planning, procurement and cost optimisation.
• Conduct technical and fire safety audits, risk assessments and incident investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions.
