Job summary

oryx talent pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to support growth in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) in Singapore. Your responsibilities will include business development activities, tender coordination, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, with experience in IFM/FM and good communication skills. This role requires a self-driven individual capable of working under tight timelines. A familiarity with Singapore government tender processes would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in IFM/FM, M&E, tender coordination, or business development.
• Familiar with Singapore government tender processes will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities for IFM/FM projects.
• Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and tender invitations.
• Coordinate tender submissions and proposal preparation.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotation sourcing.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
• Monitor tender portals and maintain tender records.
