Job summary

A financial consulting firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the group-level financial reporting and consolidation activities. The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 10 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Responsibilities include overseeing accounting activities, preparing financial statements, and liaising with auditors. The role requires prior experience in a Singapore-listed company.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience, including group consolidation.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
  • Prior experience in a Singapore-listed (SGX) company is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting for the group.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare group consolidation reports in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Review intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Support management in financial planning and analysis.
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
