Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive / Finance Executive who can independently manage a full set of accounts and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

• Handle full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL/FA)
• Prepare and submit GST returns
• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with local accounting standards and company policies
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant government authorities
• Maintain proper internal controls and ensure compliance with SOPs and company procedures
• Assist in process improvements and system implementations as required
• Perform ad‑hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of FRS, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
