Job summary

A finance-focused organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience, an Accounting Degree, and proficiency in accounting systems like Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing Account Receivable/Payable, supporting cashflow projections, and liaising with stakeholders. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and sound judgment. Immediate start is possible.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Real Estate/logistic accounts is beneficial.

Job description

This role will be based within our sister company, Panalogs Pte Ltd, and will report directly to the Finance team of Amboss Holdings.

Job descriptions:

• Manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities/regions including Account Receivable, Account Payable, General ledger, monthly closing, reconciliation and supporting schedule
• Account Receivable/Payable management, issue invoice, prepare payments, Account Receivable collection/follow up
• Support cashflow projection, consolidated monthly closing, budget/forecast
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, banks, external auditors, tax service provider as and when required
• Assist on ad-hoc duties/projects as requested include financing, financial modelling

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of Accounting Degree
• Proficient in accounting systems like Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Office Application
• Strong ability to prioritize & multi-task, independently exercise sound judgment and take initiative
• Prior experience managing Real Estate/logistic service accounts will be great but not mandatory
• May start work within short notice
