Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years IBCM experience within a Tier 1 financial institution.
• Extensive experience in M&A (sell-side, buy-side, cross-border) and FIG Capital Markets (ECM and DCM).
• Prior experience originating and executing deals for clients in FIG across South East Asia.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of IBCM business, focusing in FIG.
• Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches.
• Acting as day-to-day lead on transaction execution in FIG.
