Job summary

HRnetOne is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities & Property Management to lead strategic planning, operations, and maintenance of mall and office properties in Singapore. You will oversee outsourced teams, manage budgets, ensure compliance, safety, and reliability while delivering an excellent tenant and guest experience.

Responsibilities include asset management, energy efficiency, vendor management, and stakeholder liaison, with willingness to work evenings/weekends as required to support

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 8 years of facilities or property management experience, including a minimum of 3 years at Senior Manager level.
• Experience managing retail malls, offices, mixed-use developments or hotels is preferred.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Facilities Management, Registered Facilities Manager qualification or relevant PMET certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory regulations and building compliance requirements.
• Proven people-management, budgeting and vendor-negotiation skills, with the ability to lead outsourced teams and drive service performance.
• Strong operational, communication and stakeholder-management capabilities, with a practical approach to resolving issues and improving facilities performance.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required for events, operational needs or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic facilities leadership: Develop and implement annual facilities strategies, including CAPEX and OPEX budgets; lead long-term asset management planning and drive energy-saving initiatives across the portfolio.
• Operations and maintenance: Oversee daily operations and maintenance of mall and office facilities; manage preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure reliability of systems.
• Contractor and service provider management: Manage outsourced providers; monitor KPIs, SLAs, and safety compliance; review contracts and completed works.
• Tenant management and operational support: Coordinate tenant fit-outs and maintenance requests; minimize disruption during works; support tenant engagement.
• Compliance, safety and risk management: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements; lead safety initiatives, audits, investigations and corrective actions.
• Budget, asset enhancement and sustainability: Control operating costs, monitor energy use, support Green Mark and ESG programs; recommend improvements.
