Job summary

Antares Management Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to lead strategy, budgeting and lifecycle management for mall and office properties. You will oversee M&E maintenance, ensure safety compliance and coordinate with tenants and authorities.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight and experience with building systems, with flexibility for events and emergencies.

Qualifications

Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of building operations and M&E maintenance.
Experience handling budgets, vendor negotiation and contractor management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the annual facilities management strategy including CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
Lead long-term maintenance, upgrading and replacement planning for buildings and M&E systems.
Monitor expenditure, manage operating costs and identify efficiency improvements.
Support asset enhancement projects and building lifecycle management.
Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance across mall and office properties.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts and BMS.
Maintain system performance and reliability while minimising downtime.
Coordinate tenant fit-out, reinstatement and operational requirements with building guidelines and authorities.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety standards; drive energy-saving initiatives.
