Job summary

Antares Management Services seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Facilities & Property Management to lead planning, operations and maintenance of its property portfolio in Singapore. You will manage a team and external providers to ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-efficient buildings while delivering a positive experience for tenants and guests.

The role covers strategic CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, lifecycle planning, and performance monitoring across malls, offices, and mixed-use sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of facilities or property management experience, including at least 3 years at Senior Manager level.
• Experience managing retail malls, offices, mixed-use developments or hotels is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of building operations and M&E maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual facilities management strategy with budgets (CAPEX and OPEX).
• Lead long-term maintenance, upgrading and replacement planning for buildings and M&E systems.
• Monitor expenditure and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Oversee daily facilities operations across mall and office properties.
