Job summary

allgreen properties limited is seeking a Senior Executive II, Operations to support daily management and maintenance of shopping mall and office properties in Singapore. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, manage tenancy design compliance, contracts and safety policies, and ensure efficient operation of building systems.

The role involves supervising the technical team, conducting inspections, handling tenancy handovers, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Property Management or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in property, facilities or mall operations, with supervisory experience.
• Experience in a shopping mall, commercial property or similar environment would be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Based on-site at the property.
• Required to conduct regular inspections and attend to urgent operational matters outside normal hours.
• May be required to work on weekends/public holidays on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance and overall management of the property.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee tenancy design compliance, contracts and vendor relations.
• Supervise and coordinate the technical team and follow up on maintenance issues until resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections and monitor cleanliness, safety and presentation.
• Assist with procurement and contract administration, including RFQs, POs and contract renewals.
• Prepare management reports and operational correspondence as required.
• Support mall events from an operational, technical and safety perspective.
