Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FM for malls, commercial buildings or integrated operations.
• Strong knowledge of M&E, building services and safety regulations.
• Experience with tenancy coordination and fit-out processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily mall operations, maintenance and upkeep with M&E accountability.
• Plan and monitor preventive/corrective maintenance for all M&E systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety and compliance.
• Oversee tenancy fit-out and reinstatement works and approvals.
• Manage AEI projects, capital works and budgets within approvals.
• Build strong tenant relationships and coordinate with service providers.
