Job summary

Frasers Property Limited is seeking a qualified Facilities Manager to lead building maintenance services and preventive maintenance planning for a retail mall in Singapore. You will oversee contracts, co-ordinate with tenants, and drive CAPEX projects while ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years of mall management experience, proficiency with SAP/Ariba/AutoCAD, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
• Meticulous, highly organised with good time management.
• 3–5 years in retail mall management including tenants liaison, tenancy and minor A&A work.
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba and AutoCAD; retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to tenants’ feedback and requests on operations.
• Ensure optimal plant/equipment operations and performance.
• Inspect common areas, facilities, car parks, external areas, signage and tenant spaces; rectify defects promptly.
• Oversee expiry of contracts, permits and certificates; renew before expiry.
• Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders on operations.
• Plan, prepare, evaluate and administer quotations for maintenance, repairs, replacements and capital projects.
• Manage service providers and contractors to meet SLAs and statutory requirements.
• Oversee technician team, overtime, and duty assignments.
• Support ISO audits; maintain records and checklists.
• Optimize building equipment/system operations.
• Oversee tenants’ fit-out processes for tenancy design and guidelines.
• Prepare monthly property management reports, vendor evaluations and risk assessments.
