Job summary

Allgreen Properties Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive II, Operations to manage the day-to-day operations for a Retail Mall and Office Building, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure safe, compliant facilities and efficient operations.

The role involves supervising a technical team, overseeing maintenance, tenant fittings and reinstatement, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. On-site work and weekend coverage are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Property Management or related discipline.
• Preferably 2–3 years of supervisory experience in property, facilities or mall operations.
• Experience in a shopping mall, commercial property or similar environment would be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Based on-site at the property.
• Required to conduct regular inspections within the mall, office/common areas, back-of-house and other operational areas.
• May be required to attend to urgent operational matters and emergencies outside normal working hours.
• May be required to work on weekends and/or public holidays on a rotational or operational-needs basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance and overall management of the property, including maintenance, landscape, security and cleaning.
• Ensure mall is safe, efficient and presentable.
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities and building systems.
• Manage service providers and contractors to meet contractual requirements.
• Supervise the technical team and follow up on maintenance issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections and monitor cleanliness, safety and presentation.
• Manage tenant fitting-out and reinstatement, including handovers and design submissions.
• Liaise with internal departments, tenants, contractors and authorities on facilities matters.
• Assist in incident management, emergencies and rectification work.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements and renew licences.
• Assist with procurement, RFQs, POs, WO, vendor setup and contract renewals.
• Maintain operations records and management reports.
• Support mall events from operational and safety perspectives.
• Maintain policies and guidelines for building operations and administration.
