Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property Operations Manager to lead the in-house security and cleaning team for a Grade A office environment in Singapore.

You will manage outsourced service providers, set SLAs and KPIs, and drive cost controls and procurement processes. The role requires a Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years in commercial property management, and a track record in budgeting, risk management and ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines (e.g., Real Estate, Building Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial property management.
• Experience managing security, cleaning and maintenance providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house security and cleaning team.
• Manage outsourced building services providers, establish SLAs, KPIs and scorecards.
• Conduct performance reviews to ensure value and quality services.
• Lead tender exercises, contract negotiations and procurement activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and productivity across all service providers.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Conduct inspections and audits to meet standards for cleanliness, safety and service delivery.
