Job summary

SH Design & Build Pte. Ltd. is seeking a facilities management professional to oversee day-to-day operations across properties located in Singapore. The role focuses on security, safety, maintenance planning and service coordination for tenants.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Building or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or building management. Strong MS Office skills are required and the role is office- and site-based.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
• At least 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferable in construction/building.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain day-to-day facility management at the properties, including building security, fire security and waste disposal.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure effective and efficient management of common areas.
• Plan and schedule daily duties for technicians and housekeeping staff to ensure high performance standards.
• Plan and implement building maintenance programme, AEI, M&E systems and equipment.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety equipment, work methods and procedures.
• Attend to Tenant’s feedback professionally and ensure timely and prompt responses.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with Tenants.
• Ensure high-quality preventive and corrective maintenance services for all Tenants.
