Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in managing building & M&E services.
• Possess a Senior Fire Safety Manager's Certification.
• Experience in retail/commercial/hospitality properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage technicians, contractors, and security for property maintenance.
• Conduct regular checks and inspections on property grounds.
• Prepare reports and operations budgets.
• Coordinate and review tenant’s drawings for compliance.
