Qualifications

• Experience in the takeover of at least two new developments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client's representative on defect rectification and outstanding works.
• Manage emergency repairs and technical support.
• Consolidate and submit technical reports to the Client.
• Oversee health and safety requirements and compliance inspections.
• Manage customer service matters related to tenants.
