Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Senior Facilities Coordinator for Soft Service to work on-site in Singapore. You will run side by side the operations with the Soft Service Lead and play a proactive, independent role in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will oversee Helpdesk, Front of House, AV/Handyman, car park management, vendor performance, and meeting services. Strong coordination and communication are essential to deliver services to client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Helpdesk, Front of House and AV/Handyman Team and ensure each of the service delivered on-site is as process and procedure and ensure the team deliver to client expectation
• Oversee and manage car park / locker / cabinet including assignments, maintenance, and user request
• Monitor soft service vendor performance and escalate issues as needed
• Support HX lead in the execution of employee- experience initiatives and on-site activation where operational coordination is required
• Overseas meeting services delivery and act as a primary escalation point for complex meeting room request, ensuring set up and associated services are delivered according to user requirement
• Coordinate vendor logistics, for events including delivery, set-up, documents for permit to work , etc.
• Conduct random site walk inspections and follow up on issues.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from employees or management
• Assess the workplace for potential improvements in efficiency, safety, or experience
• Create and verify Corrigo WO and ensure WO closes on time for soft service vendor
• Assist in the management of soft service contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ work)
• Overseas and provide day-to-day guidance / operational support to Facilities Coordinator to ensure service consistency
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
