Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle daily soft services operations and monitor vendor performance.
• Conduct site walk inspections and ensure compliance with checklists.
• Create and verify work orders and ensure timely closure.
• Assist in on-boarding/off-boarding of soft service incumbents.
• Manage pantry items, coffee, water, and stationery.
