Responsibilities

• Contract Management: monitor lifecycles, trigger re-procurement, audit ROI; close performance gaps.
• Operations: implement benchmarking and best-in-class standards; uphold accountability and teamwork.
• Client/Stakeholder Management: build trust with stakeholders; deploy service improvements with speed.
• Service Delivery: analyze variances, design rapid-response mitigation; ensure data integrity across systems.
• People Skills: communicate effectively up to executive level; resolve conflicts quickly.
• Quest for Excellence: challenge the status quo; deliver above and beyond service experiences; apply data-driven problem solving.
