Job summary

Qualifications

  • Supervise and support setup and breakdown of events.
  • Monitor service flow and guest satisfaction during events.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members.
  • Conduct pre-service briefings with key information.
  • Oversee beverage and equipment inventory.
  • Enforce hygiene and safety standards.
  • Identify and address operational gaps for improvement.
  • Foster a positive working environment for staff.
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration and special projects.
