We are seeking experienced and ambitious Executive Search Consultants to join our fast-growing, dynamic recruitment and executive search firm headquartered in Dubai with offices in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. This role is ideal for driven professionals with a background in financial services recruitment, keen to open new accounts, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional talent solutions to major global financial institutions.

This is a 360 role - not a talent acquisition or HR position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions worldwide, turning connections into long-term revenue streams.
  • Lead full-cycle executive searches, from initial client pitches and needs assessment to seamless candidate onboarding and placement.
  • Curate a robust talent pipeline of elite finance leaders in banking, asset management, fintech, private equity, and emerging sectors.
  • Collaborate with C-suite leaders and HR visionaries to align on immediate hires and multi-year talent strategies.
  • Deploy cutting-edge headhunting tactics to identify, engage, and secure passive top-tier executives.
  • Deliver bespoke recruitment outcomes with unwavering speed, accuracy, and confidentiality every time.
  • Contribute to high-impact consulting engagements on talent optimisation, succession planning, and organisational workforce advisory.
Essential Requirements
  • 2+ years in recruitment, with a focus on financial services or executive search (bonus for international exposure).
  • Deep expertise in banking, investment banking, asset management, or fintech ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in placing mid-to-senior executives, backed by a portfolio of high-profile wins.
  • Razor-sharp presentation, negotiation, and closing skills that seal deals under pressure.
