This role is ideal for driven professionals with a background in financial services recruitment, keen to open new accounts, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional talent solutions to major global financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions worldwide, turning connections into long-term revenue streams.
• Lead full-cycle executive searches, from initial client pitches and needs assessment to seamless candidate onboarding and placement.
• Curate a robust talent pipeline of elite finance leaders in banking, asset management, fintech, private equity, and emerging sectors.

Essential Requirements
