Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll for employees and workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
  • Verify and consolidate attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related data from HR and project teams.
  • Ensure timely completion of payroll cycles and distribution of salary slips and reports.
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings such as CPF contributions, IRAS submissions, and other government requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee records while safeguarding confidential information in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, addressing employee queries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the accuracy of payroll inputs and respond to payroll-related matters efficiently.
  • Support internal and external audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews as required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably within construction, engineering, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory regulations and HR practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with payroll software (e.g., HRiQ or equivalent).
  • Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively across departments and levels.

  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,600 + VB
  • Working Location: Redhill
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
