Role
  • Responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders, such as clients, partners, suppliers, and town councils.
  • You will act as the main point of contact between O&M and the Customer Engagement Team, facilitating communication and coordination with external stakeholders.
  • You will also monitor and report on the progress and performance of projects and contracts, identify and resolve any issues or risks, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Technical Coordination
  • Lead technical collaboration with internal teams, building owners, Town Councils, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment on engineering, safety, and operational requirements.
  • Provide engineering support during technical discussions, site coordination, and issue resolution.
Project, Contract & Engineering Management
  • Manage multiple engineering projects and contracts, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Support contractual, budgetary, and schedule coordination with external vendors and partners.
Operations Planning & O&M Leadership
  • Lead operations planning, work scope definition, and method statements for effective execution of engineering works.
  • Oversee daily Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities, ensuring system performance, safety, and reliability.
Performance, Risk & Safety Management
  • Monitor project and operational performance, implementing corrective and preventive actions where required.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and site issues during project implementation.
  • Enforce safety compliance and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures in accordance with regulatory and site requirements.
Cost Control & Continuous Improvement
  • Track OPEX spending, support budget controls, and drive cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives.
  • Champion engineering best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement across operations.
Qualification & Experiences
  • Diploma / Degree in business administration, civil or related field.
  • 5 years of working experiences in similar roles.
  • Skilled in negotiating win-win solutions; able to handle complex situations; experienced in contract management.
  • Able to plan and prioritize tasks; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines; able to work under pressure.
  • With own transport will be advantage.
