As the Membership & Engagement Senior Executive, you will be instrumental in the strategic growth and cultivation of UClub's membership. Your primary purpose is to develop and execute strategies that not only expand our membership base through targeted recruitment and outreach but also foster a strong sense of community to ensure high member retention. This role requires a data-driven approach to track and enhance the effectiveness of all membership initiatives, from recruitment campaigns and events to engaging member programs. You will be at the forefront of building and sustaining a vibrant, thriving community for all UClub members.

Job Description
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract new members to expand the membership base of UClub
  • Identifying and engaging with potential members through various channels
  • Organising and executing recruitment campaigns and events
  • Developing and delivering engaging programs and activities
  • Managing outreach programmes and analysing data to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
  • Planning and implementing initiatives to retain existing members
  • Fostering a strong sense of community among members
Other Duties
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD/Reporting Officer
  • To ensure compliance with timeline and SOPs, and be aligned to strategic directions and outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma (preferably in business administration, marketing, or hospitality)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and administrative skills
  • Proven ability to plan and put ideas into action with strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good project management and presentation skills
