A leading healthcare institution in Singapore seeks a strategic HR partner to deliver efficient HR management services, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources and has relevant experience as an HR Generalist. This dynamic role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and resourcefulness, and includes opportunities for process improvement and project work.
You will play the role of a strategic HR partner and work with business units to deliver proactive and efficient HR management services and consultancy such as recruitment, compensation, performance management and employee relations for Admin, Ancillary, Nursing, Allied Health and Research job groups.
You will also review and improve work processes as well as undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Recognised Degree, preferably with a major in Human Resources or Graduate Diploma in Human Resources
Relevant experience as a HR Generalist will be an advantage
An efficient and independent team-player who is resourceful and able to multi-task
A fast learner with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
