FULLERTON HEALTHCARE GROUP PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks a maternity cover payroll and HR operations specialist to manage end-to-end monthly payroll across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with Singapore statutory requirements.

You will handle bank payments, CPF contributions, tax submissions, annual leave accruals, HRIS data accuracy, and provide support for HR business partners while maintaining confidentiality and controls.

Description du poste

This position is a maternity cover role for an initial period of 8 months or longer, subject to business requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Payroll:

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments in accordance with company policies and Singapore statutory requirements.
• Prepare and upload bank payment files and coordinate the timely approval and release of salary payments across all entities.
• Administer statutory payroll matters, including CPF contributions, government-paid leave claims and other applicable statutory submissions.
• Manage annual income tax reporting requirements, including IR8A/AIS submissions, and IR21 tax clearance matters where applicable.
• Prepare monthly payroll GL reporting, cost allocation and annual leave accruals for finance.
• Support payroll audits and ensure full compliance with internal controls.
• Manage Key Management Personnel (KMP) remuneration reporting and related documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timely submission for management, Finance and audit requirements.
• Raise adhoc payments via direct bank transfer, ensuring accurate payment details, appropriate approvals and timely disbursement.

HR Operations:

• Administer employee benefits, claim reimbursement and leave carry-forward and leave forfeiture exercises.
• Review and ensure data is keyed in accurately in the HRMS records, including new hires, employee movements, salary changes, confirmations and resignations.
• HR end-to-end operational support for HR business partners.
• Support employee enquiries on HR admin matters.
• Administer the HR and payroll setup and integration of newly acquired entities, including HRIS and payroll configuration, employee data setup, Corppass access, statutory registrations and operational readiness.
• Conduct reference checks as and when required.
• Familiar with HRMS System – BIPO or similar.
• Support HR related enhancement projects.
• Undertake other HR-related responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
