Job summary

Ennovi Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage full-spectrum payroll for about 150 staff and to support payroll processing with the vendor.

You will ensure compliance with local labour laws, assist with audits, benefits, leave, and staff cost planning, and act as the main contact for employees. This is a 4-month contract from Oct 2026 to Jan 2027.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as HR generalist with payroll administration.
  • Familiar with local labour laws; compensation and benefits experience is a plus.
  • Meticulous, well organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Handles full spectrum payroll administration for Singapore entities (approximately 150 headcount) and work with the payroll vendor for payroll processing.
  • Handles add-hoc recurring payment/reimbursement
  • Handles HR audit including payroll audit, corporate governance and statutory audit
  • Strive to harmonies policies and processes to ensure alignment to business needs, People strategies and best market practices, in alignment with statutory requirements
  • Play an active role and working closely with the HOD for the workforce planning and staff cost budget
  • Work closely with the HR Share Services team on the employee data maintenance and execution all other HR transactional services provided
  • Administer employee confirmation / exit activities
  • Administer insurances, claims, staff welfare and activities
  • Administer the leave administration
  • Preparation of HR/Corporate reports
  • Main point of contact for employees’ enquiries and requests
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues and provide relevant People advice
  • Support Compensation and Benefits project
  • Any ad-hoc duties relating to Human Resources

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree of Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a HR generalist role, including proficient in payroll administration and familiar with local labour laws, and has experience in compensation and benefits will be advantage.
  • Meticulous, well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Disciplined, well-presented with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Highly driven, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel
