Fullerton Health Singapore is seeking a payroll and HR operations professional for a maternity cover role of 8 months or longer. You will manage end-to-end monthly payroll across multiple entities in Singapore, ensure statutory compliance, and handle payroll-related payments and reporting.

You will also administer HRMS data, employee benefits, and inquiries, and support integration of newly acquired entities and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing in Singapore.
• Familiarity with CPF, IRAS, IR21 and other statutory submissions.
• Ability to administer tax reporting and payroll audits.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll across entities per policies and Singapore requirements.
• Prepare and upload bank files; coordinate timely salary payments.
• Administer statutory payroll matters (CPF, leaves, submissions).
• Handle annual tax reporting incl. IR8A/AIS and IR21 where applicable.
• Prepare payroll GL reporting, cost allocation and leave accruals.
• Support payroll audits and internal controls compliance.
• Manage KMP remuneration reporting and related documentation.
• Raise ad-hoc payments via direct bank transfer with proper approvals.
