Job summary

Fullerton Healthcare Group Pte Ltd is seeking a maternity cover Payroll & HR Operations specialist in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end payroll for several entities, ensuring accurate salary payments and statutory compliance, including CPF, IR8A/AIS and IR21 clearance where applicable.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities.
• Knowledge of CPF contributions and statutory submissions.
• Experience with IR8A/AIS submissions and IR21 clearance.
• Monthly payroll GL reporting and leave accruals.
• Support payroll audits and internal controls.
• Setup/integration of acquired entities in HRIS and payroll.
• Handle ad-hoc payments and bank transfers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
• Prepare and upload bank payment files and coordinate approvals for salary releases.
• Administer CPF contributions, government leave claims and statutory submissions.
• Manage annual income tax reporting including IR8A/AIS and IR21 clearance where applicable.
• Prepare monthly payroll GL reporting, cost allocation and annual leave accruals.
• Support payroll audits and maintain internal controls.
• Administer KMP remuneration reporting and related documentation.
• Raise adhoc payments via direct bank transfer with proper approvals.
