Our client is aleading global professional services organisation specialising in risk, insurance and human capital solutions, with a strong international presence and established operations in Singapore.
They are seeking an experiencedHR Operations Executiveto join their People Organization team on a9-month maternity cover contract.
This is a broad HR Operations role coveringworkforce administration, employee lifecycle management, work pass and immigration matters, HR compliance, regulatory reporting and HR operations projectswithin a fast-paced multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely employee personnel records, both electronically and in physical archives.
- Manage workforce administration activities, includingwork pass, immigration and PR-related matters.
- Handle HR compliance requirements for regulated employees, including updates to employee particulars with relevant regulatory authorities.
- Manage the generic HR mailbox and respond to employee queries within agreed service levels.
- Partner with the wider People Organization team to address employee and stakeholder queries in a thoughtful, timely and service-oriented manner.
- Manage day-to-day HR administration, including new hire announcements, intranet updates, dependent insurance enrolment, employment certificates, invoice processing and other HR administrative matters.
- Independently managenew hire onboarding and employee exit processes.
- Coordinate mail and administrative matters for the local People Organization team.
- Coordinate and submit statutory reports and surveys, includingMOM and MAS submissions.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards and presentations.
- Develop and maintain consistentSOPs and processesto improve operational efficiency.
- Manage HR vendors and ensure service delivery, SLA adherence and timely resolution of issues or escalations.
- Review local Workforce Administration processes and identify opportunities for improvement, recommending practical solutions where appropriate.
- Ensure alignment of local HR processes and statutory requirements with regional and global policies and programmes.
- Participate in People Organization projects, includingHR analytics and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide support for payroll administration where required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Previous experience inHR Operations, HR Administration, HR Shared Services or Workforce Administration.
- Hands-on experience dealing withgovernment and regulatory agencies, particularly in relation to work passes, immigration, statutory reporting and HR compliance.
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding and general HR administration.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident handling employee and stakeholder queries with a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider HR team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
