A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage HR services and operations, ensuring smooth stakeholder engagement and accurate employee record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resource, at least 2 years of experience, and strong interpersonal skills. This role offers opportunities in HR project involvement, including digitalisation initiatives.
You will handle the full spectrum of HR services and partner with the internal/ external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR operations. You will perform operational HR work, such as timely and accurate updates of employee records in HRIS. You will also support the manpower reporting team in reviewing manpower requisitions and attending to ad-hoc data requests. In addition, you will be involved in HR projects such as digitalisation and automation of our work processes.
