About the Role

We are looking for a capable and motivated Senior Executive to support our organisation’s governance, operations, and stakeholder engagement. This role works closely with senior management and the Board, and plays a key part in keeping the organisation well-governed, compliant, and well-connected with volunteers,donors, and members.

The role covers our Headquarters and AA(S) programmes and is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, cross-team coordination, and contributing to a meaningful social mission.

Key Responsibilities
Governance & Compliance
  • Support organisational governance and ensure compliance with sector administrator requirements and best practices in Singapore.
  • Assist with Board and committee processes, governance documentation, and compliance tracking.
Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Coordinate procurement, contract administration, and vendor management across HQ and service centres.
  • Maintain vendor and contract records, and support fair, transparent procurement processes.
Regulatory & Sector Submission
  • Coordinate and prepare organisational submissions and reports to sector administrators and funders
  • Track reporting deadlines and follow up on queries to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Projects & Key Events
  • Support and manage organisation-wide projects and events, including the AGM and Annual Accountability Address.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver events smoothly.
Volunteer, Donor & Membership Engagement
  • Support systems for tracking volunteers, donors, and members.
  • Assist with communications and initiatives to grow and engage volunteers, donors, and members.
Serve as the Association’s Data Protection Officer (DPO)
  • Overseeing personal data governance and PDPA compliance across policies, processes, and operations.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate data protection and security practices, including staff awareness and adherence to personal data protection policies.
  • Manage personal data matters, including access and correction requests, related queries or complaints, and proactively identify and elevate data protection risks to management.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a non-profit, public sector, or regulated environment
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, or operations work is an advantage.
