We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to drive and sustain digital automation initiatives across multiple Singapore business functions.
This role focuses on streamlining internal workflows, reducing manual tasks, and enhancing operational efficiency through the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation tools and processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Product, Sales, Credit, Collection, Client Experience, and Operations — to deliver scalable solutions that improve productivity and data visibility.
Design, build, and optimise workflow automations using tools such as Activepieces, SendGrid, HubSpot, Jira, and other low/no-code platforms.
Identify repetitive manual tasks and propose scalable, end-to-end automation solutions that improve process efficiency.
Lead automation projects for product workflows (e.g. Start-up Financing onboarding and renewal processes), ensuring seamless integration and accurate reporting.
Develop and maintain CRM dashboards and performance tracking tools to enhance visibility of business metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional SG teams on ad-hoc and strategic automation initiatives.
Provide technical and operational support for new digital tools, workflow enhancements, and system roll-outs.
Document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides to support change management.
Maintain and enhance existing automation flows to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance.
Manage digital file structures, integrations, and version control across systems to support ongoing process improvements.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolution.
