As a Senior Executive, Compensation and Strategy Planning (HR)
  • Assist Head of HR in designing and implementing compensation strategies, policies, and payroll processes.
  • Develop and maintain compensation-related policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage salary reviews, bonuses, promotions, and employee benefits programmes (health, insurance, retirement).
  • Monitor manpower costs and HR budgets to ensure cost efficiency and optimal resource use.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret HR data using HRIS and analytical tools to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on payroll, compensation trends, and workforce metrics to senior management.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive HR automation through technology and robotics.
  • Plan, lead, and track HR projects to ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments to support HR initiatives and ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, market trends, and legislation to enhance HR strategies and operations.
Requirements
