Senior Executive, Commercial Operations - Indonesia

As a Senior Executive, Commercial Operations, you will ensure seamless coordination of daily operational activities. You will support the Commercial Business Partner in ensuring that the Indonesia Franchise Partner has all of the necessary support from the region to achieve their objectives and that the partner is delivering according to Sephora/brand guidelines, service standards, and operational excellence, by conducting regular store visits and identifying areas for improvement and work with Franchise Partner to implement best practices.

  • Holding region accountable for delivery to partner
  • Facilitating the implementation of all activities in line with Sephora's standards and objectives
  • Providing ongoing support to Franchise Partner, addressing any operational challenges and ensuring adherence to Sephora's best practices
  • Coordinating with Region Functions on delivery of key objectives and projects through efficient project management
  • Enforcing compliance with Sephora standards, code of conduct and practices
  • Monitoring franchisee operations to ensure adherence to Sephora standards and practices
  • Conducting regular store (including websites/apps) visits to ensure compliance and execution to Sephora and brand expectations
  • Identifying areas for improvement and work with Franchise Partner to implement best practices

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail / franchise operations, preferably within the beauty sector, experience working with Indonesia will be advantageous
  • Account management experience with a strong understanding of omni-channel strategies
  • Experiencein collaborating with Region Functions and project management to drive results
  • The ability to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth
  • The ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy development
