The incumbent also plays a key role in executing learning strategies into meaningful, on‑the‑ground experiences.

Job requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource

  • Minimum one year of relevant professional experience, preferably in large organisations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required and familiarity with Learning Management System in SuccessFactors or digital learning platforms in healthcare setting is an advantage

  • Interest in people development, continuous learning in healthcare and a resourceful team player capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
