This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives that build capability, performance, and engagement across the organisation. Working closely with clinical leaders, educators and corporate teams, this role ensures learning programmes are well‑executed, compliant, and aligned with organisational goals. The incumbent also plays a key role in executing learning strategies into meaningful, on‑the‑ground experiences.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource
Minimum one year of relevant professional experience, preferably in large organisations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required and familiarity with Learning Management System in SuccessFactors or digital learning platforms in healthcare setting is an advantage
Interest in people development, continuous learning in healthcare and a resourceful team player capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
Meticulous with exceptional organisational skills and commitment to accuracy
