Job summary

Gravity Events Pte. Ltd. Singapore is seeking a capable Events Coordinator to plan and execute events, coordinating with clients, venues, suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

You will prepare timelines, schedules and logistics, source quotations, and support on-site setup and troubleshooting. You’ll work with internal teams to deliver excellent client experiences, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive attitude; able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior event experience is a bonus, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage event planning from preparation through execution.
• Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers and vendors for smooth operations.
• Prepare event timelines, schedules and logistics.
• Source quotations and coordinate procurement of materials and services.
• Support on-site event setup and troubleshooting during events.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide excellent client experiences.
• Assist with post-event reporting and administrative documentation.
