Kin Productions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead planning, costing and on-site execution of large-scale events, exhibitions and special projects. You will manage end-to-end operations, budgets and safety compliance for high-profile events.

The role requires coordinating with clients, venues, contractors and regulatory bodies, with hands-on leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and tight deadlines across complex event infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in event project operations, exhibitions or large‑scale event infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing major sporting events, national events, international exhibitions or large public events.
• Strong understanding of event construction, temporary structures, site logistics, installation and dismantling operations.
• Experience in project tendering, quotation preparation, cost estimation and budget management.
• Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate with design, production and construction teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working onsite including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Project Planning & Execution: Manage end‑to‑end project operations from planning, costing through onsite execution and dismantling.
• Tendering, Costing & Commercial Management: Prepare quotations, cost estimates, pricing proposals and tender submissions; monitor budgets and margins.
• Site Operations & Stakeholder Management: Lead onsite operations with contractors, suppliers and event personnel; coordinate logistics, schedules and safety compliance.
