Job summary

EQUE PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level events coordinator to support planning and execution of corporate events, activations, and client engagements in Singapore.

You will develop logistics coordination, assist with venue sourcing and vendor management, and help manage registrations and on-site coordination. You will liaise with internal teams and clients, tracking budgets and compiling post-event debrief reports to provide improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or related field and above.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of corporate events, activations, and client engagements.
• Assist with venue sourcing, vendor management, and event materials preparation.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients and partners to ensure smooth event coordination.
• Assist with event registrations, guest lists, and on-site coordination.
• Monitor event expenditures and ensure activities stay within allocated resources.
• Gather feedback and contribute to post-event debrief reports with improvement recommendations.
• Contribute fresh event concept ideas during team brainstorming sessions.
• Gain real project exposure with mentorship throughout the program.
