Job summary

Gravity Events Pte. Ltd. is seeking an energetic Event Executive to lead and coordinate diverse events, from exhibitions to product launches and roadshows.

You will manage client briefings, prepare detailed proposals, and drive proposals to win new business. The role requires independent work, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong presentation and bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma in event management or O level with 2 years event experience.
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Creative, outgoing, and good presentation skills; bilingual English/Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive event and sales activities.
• Follow up with clients on new enquiry allocated.
• Produce detailed proposals for events.
• Build good relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors to fulfill event requirements.
• Coordinate events and perform service recovery.
• Oversee project management timelines, details and task execution.
• Provide on-site support for assigned events.
• Coordinate for events setup and ensure smooth operations.
• Undertake any other ad hoc related duties as assigned.
• Brainstorm and develop event proposals and presentations.
• Experience in a wide range of events, e.g., exhibitions, product launches, roadshows.
